As a System & cybersecurity engineer, you will:
- Be responsible for managing epics (projects) on a day-to-day basis from the initial ideation through to completion.
- Coordinate the people assigned to the epics in the context of our IDAM Programme
- Assign adequate resources to the epics with the involved team leaders.
- Monitor the delivery in terms of scope/planning/budget/quality. Also changes, risks and issues are monitored and taken into appropriate action.
- Make sure epic outputs are appropriately tested and deployed in production.
- Direct, motivate, and challenge the project team, i.e. all contributing to a successful delivery, so that epic scope and expectations are met.
- Produce the Project Quality Plan (PQP), documenting the approach to quality management: governance structure, management process and assigned responsibilities for achieving the required quality levels.
- Create plans – and if necessary, exception plans – together with the involved teams, and reach agreement on these plans, including the plans’ success criteria, with the Sponsorship Committee.
- Initiate the different demands via for example the QBR & QP process or other processes if needed.
- Plan from definition to closure, included managing all internal and external dependencies, milestones, and impact.
- With the help of the ERO (Business Analyst) ensure the needed operationalization aspects are foreseen and fully embedded in the delivery
- Prepare the Post-Implementation Report for validation by the Sponsor, including any Lessons Learned.

Technical skills
- You’ve got knowledge of the IDAM (Identity & Access Management) domain to lead technical projects.
- You are experienced in managing end to end several projects with size varying from 300 to 3,000 man-days.
- You are fluent in English and have excellent communication skills (listening, writing, and presenting) at all levels.
- You’ve worked with of methodologies like Waterfall, PMI or Prince2.
- Your responsibilities encompassed the different aspects of these ones (Planning, Budgets, Risks & Issues, Resources management).
- You are familiar with a range of Information Security technologies, infrastructure, processes and services in domains especially Identity & Access Management.
- Knowledge of SailPoint and CyberArk technologies is a plus
