Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead IT projects end to end, covering scope, planning, budget, resources, risks and quality.
- Set up and run project governance, including steering committees, reporting and decision logs.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, both internal and external, across business and IT.
- Manage dependencies, risks and issues, and escalate when needed.
- Ensure compliance with internal methodologies, regulatory requirements and security standards.
- Drive delivery in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid setups, depending on the context.
- Report clearly to senior management and sponsors.
What we’re looking for
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 8 years of experience in IT, including at least 5 years as a Project Manager on complex projects.
- A proven track record in large organisations, ideally in banking, insurance or financial market infrastructure.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, up to C-level.
- Solid knowledge of project methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2 and Agile/SAFe.
- Experience with budget follow-up, vendor management and multi-team coordination.
- Fluent English, French and/or Dutch.
Nice to have:
- PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner or SAFe certification.
- Experience with regulatory, migration, cloud or transformation programmes.
