Programme Manager - Digitribe

As a Programme Manager, you will:

Improve the testing framework and lead its implementation plan, adopting an Agile delivery approach and providing regular values to delivery/testing team of the group
Work in close collaboration with the programme sponsor(s), the business and technology stakeholders ensuring scope, schedule and budget are managed effectively
Drive a team composed by internal and external qualified resources supported by IT partners for the capability’s delivery
Create and maintain relevant testing knowledge and competencies in the team and in delivery/testing teams. Oversee, develop, and ensure adherence to industry best practice standards.
Create and maintain focus, transparency, enthusiasm, and momentum: this programme is essential to reach the next level of testing maturity within the entire organization
Manage budget control for related investments, benefits, capacity, delivery plan, metrics. Consider continuous improvements and innovation.
Be responsible for the overall integrity and coherence of the programme, as well as the communication plan

Have a proven work experience – preferably in the finance industry – with multiple including offshore locations
Have strong leadership skills and can provide direction, strategic agility, self-reflection, inspire/engage
Are client-focused and results-oriented
Are able to learn quickly in a complex environment
Are a team player with strong interpersonal skills
Are able to summarize complex technical situations in simple terms
Are able to easily adapt to new circumstance, technologies and/or procedures
Are proficient in English (both written and oral)
Are used to report to Senior Management

You have a track record in large IT organization transformations, with complex business workflows combining applications from multiple technologies/platforms, Mainframe/Distributed…
Have extensive knowledge of testing practices, including Quality Engineering, Test Management and Test Automation
