DigiTribe expands into Flanders

DigiTribe grew to 125 experts in five years and aims to double in size by the end of 2024. The Flemish market is of strategic importance to realize these ambitions. Opening an Antwerp office is a first milestone of our journey in the region.

Our new Business Relationship Manager Flanders Herbert Martens will have a dual role with commercial and recruitment responsibilities. "My experience converges at DigiTribe. I started my career in IT recruitment, and until recently I was responsible for commercial development and recruitment for the Province of Antwerp. With DigiTribe, a very agile and promising scaleup crosses my path, with three very clear specialisations and a strong growth story. I look forward to confirming the company's recent progression and realising its bold ambitions," says Business Relationship Manager Flanders Herbert Martens.

DigiTribe was already active in Flanders, but wants to be closer to its customers. "It is important for them that we also have a foothold here. With Herbert's appointment, we confirm our plans. We have recruited Dutch-speaking colleagues in recent months and we are still strengthening our team. I am convinced that we will soon reap the benefits of these efforts," says CEO François Lecocq.

Herbert Martens (32) spent the past eight years working for HR multinational Robert Half, where he started as a recruitment consultant and progressed to regional manager. Herbert Martens lives in Antwerp.
